Intelo

Today we are introducing Ivo, the AI coworker we have been building for the past two years. Ivo is not another chatbot you open in a separate tab, not another SaaS dashboard demanding your attention, and not another notification competing for the few minutes of focus you have left. Ivo is something different: an AI chief of staff that works across your email, calendar, chat, and documents so you can spend your time on the work that actually moves the needle.

Why we built Ivo

The modern knowledge worker toggles between an average of thirteen different applications every day. Each toggle costs roughly twenty-three minutes of refocused attention, according to research from the University of California, Irvine. We did the math and realized that most professionals lose nearly a full workday every week just re-orienting themselves between tools. That is not a productivity problem you can solve with yet another app. It is a systems problem, and systems problems require a fundamentally different approach.

We started Intelo with a simple question: what if you could just tell an AI to handle your tedious workflows -- and it actually did? Not summarize them, not give you tips, but actually send the email, schedule the meeting, and pull the right context together? Ivo is our answer to that question.

What Ivo actually does

Ivo connects to the tools you already use -- Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, and more -- and builds a deep understanding of your work. Ask Ivo to draft a reply and it matches your voice and tone, learned from hundreds of your previous messages. Ask it to prep a meeting and it pulls together attendee context, open threads, and scheduling conflicts. Ask it to catch you up on a Slack channel and it synthesizes a hundred messages into the decisions and action items that matter. Ivo does the work -- you just tell it what to do.

Designed to disappear

The best tools are the ones you forget you are using. That philosophy guided every design decision we made. Ivo does not have a flashy dashboard or a complicated settings panel. You just chat with Ivo and tell it what to do. Send an email, prep a meeting, track a commitment, write a doc -- Ivo executes with full context from your connected tools. The goal is not to add another layer to your workflow but to give you a coworker who handles the layers that should never have been your job.

We spent months in private beta with over a thousand users, refining the moments where Ivo speaks up and the moments where it stays silent. The result is an assistant that feels less like software and more like a thoughtful colleague who has been on your team for years -- one who knows when to handle something quietly and when to tap you on the shoulder.

Privacy is not negotiable

Ivo processes deeply personal data: your emails, your meetings, your messages. We take that responsibility seriously. Ivo never uses your data to train models. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed only to serve you, and never shared with anyone. Our architecture is designed so that even our own engineers cannot read your content. We will publish a full technical deep-dive on our privacy architecture soon, but the short version is this: your data is yours, full stop.

What comes next

Today is just the beginning. Ivo already handles email, calendar, and chat, but we have an ambitious roadmap ahead. In the coming months we will be adding deeper integrations with project management tools, intelligent document creation, and more powerful chat commands so Ivo can do even more when you ask. We believe the future of work is not about doing more -- it is about thinking more and letting Ivo handle the execution.

If you have ever wished for a coworker who handles the busywork so you can focus on the work that matters, Ivo is ready to meet you. Sign up for early access at getintelo.com and experience what it feels like to have a chief of staff in your corner.
