What counts as an Ivo action?
An Ivo action is any time Ivo does work on your behalf — triaging an email, drafting a reply, prepping a meeting, enriching a contact, or running an autopilot task. Viewing your dashboard or reading summaries doesn't count.
What happens when I run out of actions?
Ivo will let you know when you're running low. Once you hit your limit, Ivo pauses until your actions reset next month — or you can upgrade to Pro for 2,000 actions.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is there an annual discount?
