Connecting third-party tools

Beyond email and messaging, Intelo supports a growing list of third-party integrations. These include project management tools, CRM systems, document platforms, and more. Connecting these tools gives Ivo broader context to help you prepare for meetings and track important threads.

To browse available third-party integrations, go to Settings, then Integrations, and scroll past the core integrations (email, Slack, Google Chat) to the "More Integrations" section. Each integration card shows a brief description of what data it shares with Intelo and how Ivo uses that data.

The connection process varies by tool but generally follows the same OAuth pattern. Click "Connect," authorize on the third-party service's page, and wait for the initial sync. Some integrations may require an API key instead of OAuth. In that case, you will see a field to paste your API key along with instructions on where to find it in the third-party tool.

After connecting a third-party tool, its data becomes available in Ivo's context. For example, if you connect your project management tool, Ivo can reference task assignments and deadlines when preparing meeting briefings. You can control exactly what data each integration shares with Ivo from the integration's settings page.
