Deleting your account
If you need to delete your Intelo account, you can do so from Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before proceeding.
Before deleting your account, Intelo will ask you to confirm your identity by entering your password or re-authenticating with your Google or Microsoft account. If you are the sole Admin of a workspace with other members, you will need to either transfer the Admin role to another member or remove all other members first.
When you confirm deletion, Intelo immediately disconnects all integrations and revokes all authorization tokens. Your account becomes inaccessible right away. Your personal data, including email syncs, message history, and Ivo interaction logs, is queued for permanent deletion, which completes within 30 days.
If you are on a paid plan, your subscription is canceled immediately upon account deletion. You will not be charged again.
