Exporting your data

Intelo lets you export your data at any time. You can export all of your data or select specific categories. This is useful for creating backups, migrating to another service, or simply reviewing what Intelo has stored.

To start an export, go to Settings, then Privacy, then Data Export. Select the data categories you want to include. Options include email metadata and messages, Slack and Chat messages, calendar events and meeting prep briefings, Ivo interaction history, and account and profile information.

After selecting your categories, click "Start Export." Intelo will prepare your data in a ZIP file containing JSON and CSV files. Depending on the amount of data, this can take a few minutes to several hours. You will receive an email notification when your export is ready to download.

Export files are available for download for 7 days after they are generated. Each export includes a README file that explains the structure of the exported data, including field descriptions and data relationships. If you need your data in a specific format not currently supported, contact our support team.
