Managing integration permissions
Each integration you connect to Intelo has a specific set of permissions that control what data Intelo can access and what actions it can perform. Understanding and managing these permissions is important for maintaining your security and privacy.
To review the permissions for any integration, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click on the connected integration's card. The "Permissions" tab shows a detailed list of what access Intelo has. Permissions typically fall into categories like read access (viewing your data), write access (sending messages or creating items), and metadata access (seeing file names or contact lists without reading content).
You can adjust permissions for most integrations without disconnecting and reconnecting. For example, you might grant Intelo read-only access to your email initially and then later enable send access when you are comfortable with Ivo's draft replies. To change permissions, click "Modify Permissions" on the integration's settings page and you will be guided through the authorization flow again with the updated scope.
If you want to completely revoke Intelo's access to an integration, click "Disconnect" on the integration card. This immediately stops all data syncing and removes the stored authorization token. Previously synced data is retained for 30 days in case you reconnect, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion from the Privacy settings page.
