Managing your subscription plan

Intelo offers several subscription plans to fit different team sizes and needs. You can view your current plan and manage your subscription from Settings, then Billing. The Billing page shows your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and usage details.

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, click "Change Plan" on the Billing page. You will see a comparison of available plans with their features and pricing. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Intelo accepts credit cards and debit cards for payment. To update your payment method, click "Payment Method" on the Billing page and enter your new card details. Your existing card will be replaced immediately. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and Intelo never stores your full card number.

You can download invoices for any past payment from the Billing History section at the bottom of the Billing page. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of charges. If you need a custom invoice format or want to pay by bank transfer, contact our billing team at billing@getintelo.com.
