Navigating the Intelo dashboard

The Intelo dashboard is your command center. When you log in, you land on the Home view, which shows a curated feed of items that need your attention. This includes priority emails, unread Slack messages, upcoming meetings, and any threads Ivo has flagged as important.

The left sidebar provides access to all major sections of Intelo. At the top, you will find Home, Inbox, Calendar, and Integrations. Below that are your workspace settings, team management, and the help center. You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the menu icon at the top to give yourself more screen space when needed.

The top of the dashboard includes a universal search bar. You can search across all connected integrations at once, finding emails, Slack messages, calendar events, and more from a single input. Use filters to narrow results by date, sender, integration, or content type.

In the bottom-right corner, you will always see the Ivo assistant icon. Clicking it opens the Ivo panel, where you can ask questions, request summaries, or get help with any task. The dashboard layout is fully responsive, so it works well on both desktop and mobile browsers.
