Smart draft replies with Ivo

Ivo can help you respond to emails faster by generating smart draft replies. When you open an email in Intelo, you will see a "Draft with Ivo" button below the message body. Clicking it prompts Ivo to analyze the email and generate a contextually appropriate response.

Ivo considers the full thread history, the sender's relationship to you, and the tone of the conversation when drafting a reply. For straightforward messages, Ivo might suggest a concise confirmation or acknowledgment. For more complex emails, it will draft a structured response that addresses each point raised in the original message.

You can customize how Ivo drafts replies by adjusting its writing style in Settings, then Ivo, then Writing Preferences. Options include tone (formal, casual, or neutral), length preference (brief, standard, or detailed), and whether Ivo should include a greeting and sign-off. You can also provide a custom instruction, such as "always sign off with my first name only."

Every draft is fully editable before sending. Ivo presents its suggestion in the reply composer where you can revise wording, add details, or rewrite sections entirely. If the draft is not what you need, click "Regenerate" for a new version or "Discard" to write from scratch. Ivo learns from your edits to produce better drafts over time.
