Understanding how Ivo works

Ivo is the AI coworker at the heart of Intelo. It has deep context on your communication across all connected integrations and can take real action when you ask. Ivo is not a chatbot that gives advice -- it is an execution engine that sends emails, creates documents, preps meetings, and tracks commitments on your behalf.

Under the hood, Ivo uses large language models combined with Intelo's proprietary communication analysis engine. When a new message arrives in any connected integration, Ivo processes it in real time, extracting key information like urgency signals, action items, questions directed at you, and topic classifications. This analysis feeds into your prioritized inbox and meeting prep briefings.

Ivo maintains a context model for each user that includes communication patterns, contact importance rankings, topic interests, and workflow preferences. This model improves over time as you interact with Intelo. When you mark a message as important, edit a draft Ivo suggested, or adjust a priority ranking, Ivo incorporates that feedback into its model.

Ivo operates entirely within Intelo's infrastructure. Your data is never sent to external AI services or used to train models for other users. Each user's context model is isolated and encrypted.
